Why should I do it?

Are you ready to make a commitment to your health and wellbeing? Do you want to make lasting changes for the better?

Every body is different and unique. Everyone lives differently in their bodies and has inherited and created specific movement and postural patterns. These patterns are not always optimal and all too often result in chronic pain and/or injuries. I’m highly adept at identifying and correcting disadvantageous movement and postural patterns. People who work with me come away with a much clearer understanding of their bodies and a newfound feeling of strength and resiliency.

Alice Diamond is a personal trainer extraordinaire! In the studio, she is attentive, inventive, demanding and encouraging — highly focused on my particular needs and goals she gives me just the right word or image to help me internalize her feedback and work out more effectively.

Alice continues to train me outside the studio: her internalized voice reminds me to hold myself differently while walking, sitting, and climbing up stairs; eat well; breathe deeply; and stretch longer and more frequently than I really want to. Alice combines just the right amount of challenge and support, invaluably guiding me to remain fit, healthy and looking good!
